What we Know About The Shooter
The shooter lived with their parents and hid the guns from her parents because when asked by the police the parents believed that their child had a gun, but had been sold a while back. Police said that the shooter had been getting treatment for an “emotional disorder” that hadn’t been reported to authorities.

According to the police, Audrey fatally shot 6 different people, 3 kids and 3 adults. The victims of the shooting were Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs and William Kinney, all 9 years old and the adults that were shot are Cynthia Peak, 61, Mike Hill also 61 and Katherine Koonce, 60. Minutes later, the police charged into the school with bodycam footage of Officer Rex Engelbert shouting “reloading” before firing four rounds into Audrey.
Police are still working to determine if Audrey had a motive and had previously planned who she was going to attack and kill. The police chief told ABC News “good morning America” that they found a book with writings in it that seem like a manifesto. The police chief also told ABC News “Good Morning America” that “we do have a map of the school, where it was diagrammed and how she would enter and how she might proceed to take on potential victims. this somewhat tells us that the attack was calculated and planned, but it is said that the victims of the massacre were shot at random.
